Class Content
- We cover the I.A.M. Self-Discovery Tool portion of the book FOUND: A Grace-Based Guide To Self-Discovery. We will identify current “I am” statements and assess the truth of these statements based on biblical truth. We will then choose to adopt or discard “I am” statements to align with those in agreement with scripture. This process is transformational, one you can repeat on your own, and this class will give you the confidence to grow in the future.
Class Structure
- It is recommended you find a time and place that is as quiet and free from disruption as possible. The class lasts one hour, so it works with the schedule of even those with very busy schedules (and busy households!). You will want a journal and a pen to take notes. There will be a time of instruction, private introspection, and sharing and growing in ways that you are comfortable. There is time for Q&A throughout the time together. You are encouraged to begin with your video on, but that is not required.
Class Schedule
- This class lasts one hour. There will be introductions, a time of instruction, and time for introspection with your video off. We will turn back on our video to share what we are learning (optional). This process will repeat three times as we walk the steps of the I.A.M. Self-Discovery Tool.
