Cancellation Policy for Online Classes
Effective Date: September 23, 2024
1. Class Registration and Payment
To secure a spot in our online classes, full payment is required upon registration. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your course.
2. Cancellation Requests
Student-Initiated Cancellations:
Before the Class Start Date: Students may cancel their registration up to 3 days before the class start date to receive a full refund. If cancellation occurs after this period but before the start date, a 50% refund may be offered.
After the Class Start Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations once the class has begun. However, students may request a credit toward future classes, subject to approval.
Cancellation Due to Extenuating Circumstances:
We understand that unexpected events can arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us at info@tanapattenpoole.com as soon as possible. We may offer a partial refund or course credit at our discretion.
3. Class Rescheduling and Transfer Policy
Transferring to Another Class: Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future session of the same class or a different course offered by My Redeemed Self. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the originally scheduled class start date. Transfers are subject to class availability.
4. Class Cancellation by My Redeemed Self
Class Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered students will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option of a full refund or enrollment in a future class.
Rescheduled Classes: If a class is rescheduled, students will have the option to attend the new session or receive a full refund if they are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation approval. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account.
